She holds a Bachelor&#8217;s degree in English Philology, providing her with a comprehensive understanding of the language and its intricacies. Over the past eight years, Giedr\u0117 has played a pivotal role in coordinating Erasmus+ and eTwinning projects at the gymnasium, underscoring her dedication to fostering international collaboration and enhancing educational opportunities for her students. With 23 years of experience working with children, she was honoured as the Teacher of the Year at \u0160iauliai University Gymnasium. In 2021, her eTwinning project was recognized as the best project in the country. In addition to her work at the gymnasium, Giedr\u0117 has extensive experience in non-formal education. He also participated in a project in English Language Teaching Department at Istanbul University concerned with implementing Moodle in the training of pre-service foreign language teachers (funded by Istanbul University Scientific Research Centre). Alongside her regular teaching duties, she has conducted numerous IT training sessions for teachers across several cities in North Macedonia and for educational inspectors from Kumanovo. Since 2000, she has worked as an English teacher, initially in private language schools in Kumanovo, and since 2003, at SOU Gymnasium &#8220;Goce Delcev&#8221; in Kumanovo.<\/p>\n<p>Elena is also a certified court translator for English to Macedonian and vice versa, approved by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of North Macedonia. She has been a freelance translator since 2003.
